Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the order confirmation or packing slip.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and provide return instructions.

Please do not send back any items without first obtaining a RA number.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent. In those cases, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping fees upon receipt of valid proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used items

  • Gift certificates

  • Perishable goods (including baby food and items with a shelf-life under 30 days)

  • Clearance or final sale items

Opened Packaging

Returns of items with opened packaging are only accepted if the item remains unused, undamaged, and in fully resalable condition. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Approved claims will receive a full refund or replacement, including reimbursement of return shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes. If you are unsure about return eligibility from your country, please contact us before initiating a return.
