To get ready for your run:

Wrap the belt around your waist and fasten the clip around.

Adjust the straps to fit snuggly.

Attach the clip at one end of the lead and through the two D-rings on the waist belt and attach the clip on the opposite end of the lead onto the D-ring of your dog’s collar or harness.

For extra security twist the cap to lock the clip.

Hold onto the lead handle to guide your dog on the lead, then when you’re ready let go and run free.
